Our take
Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops is a functional choice I would consider for a short stay, especially when arriving at Kamloops Airport, 11 km away. Family rooms, a restaurant and bar on site, and a hot tub and fitness centre cover the basics, and some rooms have mountain views. The 7.0 guest score is modest, so compare recent reviews before booking a longer stay.
