Being built into Brunswick Square means the mall, its shops and a covered walkway into the rest of uptown Saint John are part of the address, not a drive away, which matters through a New Brunswick winter when nobody wants to cross an open parking lot in the wind. The free health club adds a hot tub and gym to the indoor pool, all included rather than tacked on as a paid add-on, and change rooms with showers make it usable before or after a day out rather than only at bedtime. Mix Resto/Bar on site serves Atlantic Region cuisine with a Bay of Fundy outlook, useful on the evenings when the tide is doing something worth watching from a table.
